Cotton mattress pads are also available. These pads are much thinner and can make the mattress more comfortable and breathable. These also reduce night sweats.
Upgrade to a memory foam mattress topper if you require extra support or pressure relief.
Cotton is the best cover material. Cotton is soft and breathable. It also keeps your skin dry. To avoid damaging the cotton fabric, you will need to wash and dry your mattress pad carefully.
