What Kind Of Support Does Casper Original Hybrid Need?
Casper Original Hybrid mattresses can be used with any type of bed frame or base, including platform beds, adjustable frames, and foundations.
You should ensure that the foundation is at least 4cm thick and not more than 10cm apart if you use a slatted one.
Use a box spring only.

Casper Original Hybrid Requires A Mattress Protector.
Casper recommends that you do not machine wash the Casper Original Hybrid Cover. It may shrink.
They recommend using a waterproof and breathable protector to keep your mattress clean and stain-free.
Spot clean the cover with cold water and mild detergent if necessary.
Is It Necessary To Rotate The Casper Original Hybrid Mattress?
Most cases, the mattress does not need to be rotated.
If you are a single person or have significant weight differences with your partner, it is a good idea rotate the mattress every 3 to 6 months to even out the wear.

There are four layers to the mattress. These are the layers in order.
Comfort foam with open-cell structure:It has a latex-like feel. It is soft and bouncy. The mattress quickly conforms to your hips and shoulders, giving you instant comfort when you lie down. Open cell design allows for more airflow to keep you cool and dry.
Memory foamThe memory foam layer beneath the mattress will hug your body as you sink into it. No matter how you sleep, there won’t be any pressure points. Casper Original Hybrid memory foam can overheat but it is not an issue as it is hidden in the second layer.
Poly foam with zonesThis layer supports and evenly distributes your weight over the mattress. The mattress has zones of variable firmness. There is a soft foam layer under your shoulders to alleviate pressure, and a firmer foam beneath your hips for core support. This helps to prevent back pain by maintaining a healthy spine alignment.
Pocket coilsThe mattress is kept from sinking by the compression of individually wrapped coils. They contour the mattress to your body, and allow you to change sleeping positions. The mattress stays cool by having more ventilation thanks to the spaces between coils.
Pocket coil layers have an edge-to–edge design. This means that the springs extend beyond the edge of your mattress.
This prevents the edges crashing when you are seated or asleep at the edge.
Mattress Cover
The Casper Original Hybrid Mattress comes wrapped in a soft, stretchy polyester blend fabric.
It is highly breathable and helps you stay cool at night.
Although the cover can be removed, you should not wash it. Spot clean with cold water and mild detergent to remove any stains.
Smell/Offgassing
It has a mild odor because of how it is compressed inside a box.
It will disappear in a few days. You can speed up the process by leaving the mattress exposed in a well-ventilated area for a full night.
The smell is not pleasant. Casper Original Hybrid mattress foams have low levels of VOCs, and they are free from harmful ozone-destroying chemicals.

Casper Original Hybrid is a good choice for side, back and combination sleepers due to its medium firmness. It might be too soft for stomach sleepers.
Sinkage
