10-year Warranty
Zinus mattresses come with a 10-year warranty to alleviate some of our longevity worries.
This warranty isn’t as strong as one for a Casper or Leesa Mattress. They only cover indentations less than 4 cm. Most mattress companies will not guarantee sagging above 3 cm.
There are also additional conditions that must be met to maintain the warranty’s validity. You will lose your warranty if you use a memory foam mattress made with their heating pads or electric blankets.

Delivery And Set Up
Zinus offers curbside delivery standard.After the mattress arrives, it is up to you to move it inside and set it all up.
However, it is very simple to set up.The mattress is compressed inside a small box that can be easily carried inside or opened.
After unboxing the mattress, allow it to air out for 2 hours.

Cleaning And Care
Zinus Requires A Mattress Protector.
Zinus strongly advises against removing the mattress covering. This is because underneath is fiberglass fire retardant.
You can remove the cover to release fiberglass which is hazardous to your health.

Is It Necessary To Rotate The Zinus Mattress

Mattress Cover
